Cascade Container Warranty Statement

Cascade Container proudly guarantees that all WWT (Wind and Water Tight), CW (Cargo Worthy), and One Trip containers are free from leaks for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Under this warranty, Cascade Container reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts/products at our discretion. Defects are specifically defined as issues or holes that compromise the container's wind and water tightness.

Please note: For cargo doors to function correctly, the container must be placed on a level surface. The responsibility for container leveling lies solely with the customer. Additionally, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover issues related to the normal wear and tear of used containers, which may include tighter doors resulting from prior usage. For customers prioritizing ease of door operation, we recommend our 'One Trip' containers. These containers typically have a smoother door function due to their minimal prior use, offering a more user-friendly experience.

Cascade Container assumes no liability for losses that may result from a defective container.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Cosmetic defects, including chipped paint and rust that does not affect structural integrity.
• Damage to container or goods incurred during handling, loading, unloading, or due weather conditions.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Custom interior and exterior paintwork.

For custom paint options, we recommend purchasing a One Trip container for best results.

Sales and Refund Policy

All container sales are considered final. We urge customers to discuss any specific needs with our sales team to ensure that the product delivered matches expectations.

No refunds are offered for custom modifications or cost incurred due to transportation or handling. 

All deposits are non-refundable.
