Return Policy

Buyers may return WWT, CW, and "one trip" shipping containers within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been custom modified. Containers must be returned in the same condition as received. A 25% restocking fee applies, and buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued following a container inspection. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cascadecontainer.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you information on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including containers sold 'as is', containers damaged by the purchaser, and containers with custom modifications.
